We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and knows how to cook!. You’re not just here to clock in — you’re here to create, inspire, and elevate. You know your way around a grill, have a sharp eye for detail, and can lead by example when the heat is on. maybe you looking for your next step in the industry.
Northern Soul has been a part of the Northern Quarter for the last 11 years and this year we have some really exciting plans for 2026 and we want you to be apart of it.
Your Role as a Sous chef will Include:
- Supporting the Head Chef in all kitchen operations
- Ensuring consistency and quality in every dish that leaves the pass
- Leading, training, and inspiring a passionate kitchen team
- Maintaining impeccable food hygiene and safety standards
- Bringing energy, creativity, and soul to every service
- Having a key input on menu design
