A E S are a specialist commercial glazing company that carry out works for retailers and FM companies on a nationwide basis
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Account Manager/Business Development Manager who is capable of working on their own as well as being part of a team
The successful applicant will need to gain new business through self generated leads as well as growing and managing their accounts.
The successful applicant will have to possess:
- Ability to source and prospect new clients
- A genuine interest and commitment to customer service and selling skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task activities
- Capability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Knowledge of market place
- Ability to spot opportunities and understand the sales process from start to finish.
Package: Salary £ 37,500 p.a.( which includes a guaranteed commission of £ 4,000 for the first year). OTE after first year £42,500+
Working Hours: 08:15 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
Holidays -- 20 Days Holidays + Bank holidays
