Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating stylish and personalised looks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment. This position is on a self employed basis.
Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colour treatments, blow-drying, and styling to meet client preferences
- Assist clients with colour consultations and product recommendations to optimise results
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
- Upsell products and services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintain a clean and organised work station in compliance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling,
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Organised with the ability to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining high standards of service delivery
