Here at FOH we have got a great opportunity to work one on one with patients in their family homes.
We are looking for HCA'S / Carers with experience working with adults or children with the following:
- Peg Feeding
- Tracheostomy
- Enteral feeding
- Personal Care
- Car driver/Licence holder (essential)

Duties and responsibilities:
- Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures
- Supporting daily routine, including personal care, simple cooking, laundry & light household tasks
- Supporting during school hours and assisting on therapy days
- Assisting with walking, mobility support & motor-development programme
- Helping with sensory regulation needs, using agreed calming strategies and routines
- Encouraging independence, social interaction and life skills development
- Joining the family on holidays, including annual trip to the US and other European destinations
- Caring for patients within their own home and building a rapport with family members
