Bar & Floor Team - Firepit & Smokebox
One Love Hospitality is looking for brilliant people to join our front-of-house teams at Firepit (Stokes Croft) and Smokebox (Totterdown).
We're not interested in robots who can carry plates from A to B. We're looking for people who love hospitality. The sort of people who remember names, recommend the perfect cocktail, spot an empty glass before it's empty, and genuinely enjoy looking after guests.
Our restaurants are all about big flavours, smoked meats, great drinks, and creating memorable experiences. Whether you're shaking cocktails behind the bar or guiding guests through the menu, you'll play a huge part in making that happen.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering warm, confident hospitality
- Serving food, cocktails, wine and craft beer
- Learning our menus and making recommendations
- Creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere
- Working as part of a close-knit team during busy services
What we're looking for:
- A positive personality and great people skills
- Energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for food, drink and hospitality
- Experience is helpful, but attitude matters more
