Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking to develop your career within payroll, people administration and reporting? Dick Lovett is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll team and support the smooth running of our payroll and employee benefits processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a varied and fast-paced role, working across payroll administration, employee car schemes, reporting and data management. You'll play an important part in ensuring employees are paid accurately, supporting colleagues with payroll-related queries and helping maintain key people data across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the administration of the Company's employee vehicle scheme (ECOS), including maintaining records, processing documentation and liaising with employees and dealership teams.

Updating payroll and employee records to ensure accuracy across payroll systems.

Assisting with payroll processes, including payroll deductions, sickness entries, bonus uploads and reconciliations.

Producing regular reports and analysis to support business operations and decision-making.

Maintaining employee self-service information and supporting colleagues with payroll and holiday-related queries.

Processing employee lifecycle changes, including transfers, contractual variations and leavers.

Preparing and maintaining organisational charts and workforce data.

Supporting auditing activities and ensuring accurate records are maintained for payroll and employee benefit schemes.

Assisting with fuel card administration and reporting.

Building positive working relationships with colleagues across the business and providing excellent customer service.

Previous experience in payroll, finance administration or a similar administrative role is required for this role. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a strong eye for detail and a willingness to learn and develop within a growing team.
