Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Osbournes in Durham. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous bar experience who can confidently lead shifts, support staff, and help maintain a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere.
Hours
- 20–30 hours per week
- Evenings and weekends required
Responsibilities
- Supervising bar staff during shifts
- Opening and closing the venue
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Managing busy periods efficiently
- Supporting stock control and cleanliness standards
- Ensuring licensing laws and company procedures are followed
Requirements
- Previous bar experience essential, supervisor or managerial experience preferred
- Confident working in a busy environment
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and flexible
