Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by an established managing agent in Southend, who are looking for a leasehold property manager to come on board and manage their own portfolio, with full support. Core responsibilities:
- Full oversight of a leasehold portfolio, with support from your Team Leader and an Admin/APM.
- Overseeing section 20 major works, working closely with surveyors throughout the stages.
- Setting and managing service charge budgets with the accounts team
- Attending site visits regularly, conducting H&S checks
- Chairing AGMs
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, forward thinking business that’s going through extremely positive change. Our client are looking for long term PMs who are keen to progress in the industry. The following skillset/qualifications are preferred:
- At least 1 year’s experience managing your own leasehold portfolio
- Previous experience with section 20s, service charge budgets and LPE1 forms
- TPI level 2 minimum
- A strong communicator and team player
