Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Industrial Supervisor to lead our extraction and ventilation teams on the ground.
The Role:
No two days are quite the same. You’ll be the go-to person on site, leading friendly, hardworking teams across Northern Ireland (and occasionally further afield for specialist projects):
- Guide and motivate your team during shifts to get high-spec jobs finished safely and on time.
- Oversee commercial kitchen extraction systems, ductwork, and heavy industrial site cleans.
- Ensure RAMS and safety standards are followed on every site, carrying out quick pre- and post-clean audits.
- Be the friendly face for our clients on site and help train newer team members on best practices and gear.
The Successful Candidate:
If you’re organised, customer-focused, and love leading a team to deliver great results, you’ll fit right in.
- Solid background in industrial cleaning supervision with strong knowledge of extraction/ventilation systems and mechanical/electrical environments (Minimum 1 Year).
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Happy working night shifts, occasional weekends, and travelling when required (all travel paid).
- Certificates: IPAF, PASMA, Confined Space, CSCS / CSR, First Aid, or TR19 training. (Preferred)
