Salary: Up to £32,000
Join Warner Hotels as our new Leisure Manager and lead a dynamic team across our Sports and Leisure departments, including both indoor and outdoor pools. You will work alongside our Spa Manager to lead a team of specialists, drive commercial success, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety, to provide exceptional guest experiences across our sports, leisure, activities, wellness, and spa services.
Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team across leisure, activities and fitness operations

Manage both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools

Drive guest satisfaction and departmental revenue

Manage budgets and P&L performance

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
What we are looking for:

Proven leadership in a sports, leisure and/or activities environment.

Pool Plant Operations experience and qualifications.

Experience managing a P&L and achieving commercial targets

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Passion for wellness, hospitality, and team development

Ability to make confident decisions and uphold high standards
