We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and power tools according to detailed specifications and diagrams
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times, recognising potential hazards in the workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in assembly work, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable, with an understanding of basic machinery and components
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience with assembly processes, including reading technical drawings or diagrams is advantageous
