You will be part of a highly supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking multidisciplinary team, working within the i-THRIVE framework to provide Getting More Help and Risk Support interventions.

Deliver assessments and evidence-based interventions to children and young people experiencing emotional, psychological, and mental health difficulties
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and partner agencies
Contribute to a holistic, child-centred approach to care

We are looking for practitioners who are:
Professionally registered with the NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England (SWE)
Experienced in working in the community with children and young people (under 18s) for at least two years post qualification
Passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care
Confident working within multi-agency and multidisciplinary environments
Committed to improving outcomes for young people and their families
In this role, you will make a meaningful difference by delivering timely, effective interventions that improve outcomes for children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties, as well as supporting their families.
You will:
Place the voice and experience of children and young people (CYP) at the heart of all decision-making, ensuring care is person-centred and responsive
Build and maintain supportive, collaborative relationships with colleagues and partner agencies
Undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, contributing to formulation and care planning
Complete risk assessments and develop and implement robust risk management plans
Deliver evidence-based group interventions tailored to the needs of young people
Use routine outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness, inform practice, and demonstrate high-quality care
Provide supervision and support to student nurses, contributing to their learning and professional development

To deliver timely, high-quality mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and young people, supporting their emotional wellbeing and recovery
To provide specialist advice, guidance, and psychoeducation to colleagues, the wider Hub team, and partner organisations, helping to build knowledge, confidence, and skills across the alliance in supporting children and young people
To work both independently and collaboratively within the Mindworks Alliance, contributing to a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to the assessment, formulation, and treatment of children, adolescents, and their families
To ensure care is delivered in a way that is child-centred, inclusive, and aligned with best practice and service standards
