Duties
- Providing a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.Offering
- Managing front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling enquiries efficiently.
- Mentoring junior staff and apprentices to develop their skills and ensure service standards are maintained.
- Upselling products and additional services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintaining a clean, organised work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide personalised advice.
