Opening soon on Newcastle Quayside, we are building an exceptional management team and are looking for an ambitious Duty Manager / Floor Supervisor to join us from day one.
This is more than just a supervisory role. It's an opportunity to help shape the service culture of a brand-new premium restaurant, working alongside an experienced management team to deliver exceptional hospitality and create unforgettable guest experiences.

What We're Looking For
- An experienced Duty Manager, Floor Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress looking to take the next step in their career.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- A confident and approachable leader who motivates and supports their team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods.
- A hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience supervising a busy restaurant team.
- Experience within premium restaurants, steakhouses, Japanese dining or luxury hospitality would be an advantage.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading the restaurant floor during service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supporting the management team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervising, coaching and motivating the front-of-house team.
- Ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Assisting with team training and the onboarding of new employees.
- Managing guest feedback and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
- Supporting opening and closing procedures and ensuring all operational standards are met.
- Leading by example and helping to create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.
