Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Operations coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our clinics located in Sarisbury Green. This role is vital in ensuring our clinics run smoothly and continue to deliver exceptional patient care aligned with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Coordinate between different departments to optimize workflow.
- Manage staff schedules, recruitment, and training programs.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Support business development initiatives to expand clinic services.
- Maintain excellent patient relations and address concerns promptly.
- Monitor performance of staff and PROMs/clinical outcomes

- Qualifications
- Proven management experience within healthcare or related fields.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement operational policies.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations in the UK.
- Preferred: Experience with clinical staff management.
- Nice-to-have: Background in physiotherapy or chiropractic settings & Cliniko software experience
