We’re Bulletproof Cycling. We coach cyclists 50+ to ride stronger for longer without wrecking their life. Clients are mostly successful professionals and retired entrepreneurs who take their goals seriously.
We’re now hiring Community Manager to help us running the System. Your job is simple: manage the team and keep tracking the numbers.
What you’ll do
- Speak to the team (marketing, sales, support and design).
- Use proven instructions and informations to solve problems.
- Grow the revenue and the team.
- Hit clear weekly and monthly targets.
You are not creating the full program. Your focus is developing.

Pay and progression
This role includes:
- A fixed monthly amount plus
- Additional pay that increases with your performance
Strong performers who consistently exceed targets can earn more and may be considered for more senior roles over time.

Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable on Zoom and phone.
- Able to work Mon–Sa, 9am –5pm UK
