Pharmacy Robot & Stock Assistant

Deans Pharmacy Wishaw is looking to recruit a Pharmacy Robot Stock Assistant with a keen eye to manage the pharmacy stock and robotic dispensing system. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on with technology and making sure everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.Previous pharmacy or dispensary experience would be advantageous, alongside good attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of stock control: ordering, receiving, rotating, restocking and managing inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Operate and manage our robotic dispensing machine to ensure accurate and efficient dispensing.
- Support the dispensing team with prescription filling and preparation, when needed.
- Ensure compliance withstock management procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain organised storage areas, ensuring that products are stored safely and accessibly.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, including turnover rates and forecasting needs.
- Liaise with suppliers and wholesalers to resolve stock queries or shortages.
- Manage admin tasks for invoicing, delivery notes and credits relating to stock
