Salary: £13.00–£14.62/hr (£30,409pa DOE) | 3–5 Days | Permanent Full-Time
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our rural nursery team in Reading, Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Level 2+ Early Years qualification
- Previous nursery practitioner experience
- Passion for outdoor learning and child development
- Excellent communication skills with parents and colleagues
- Driver preferred due to rural location (unless local)
