Cosgrove Leisure are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team
Location : Cosgrove Leisure Parks UK, Isle of Sheppey
the position will be for 5 days per week, this will include weekends
the Working hours are 9am - 5pm days will be Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Salary Rate is min wage for your age paid hourly
Office Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors and Holiday Home Owners by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Logging and imputing data on our Owner Database, (ParcVu system).
- Filling paperwork accordingly and maintaining the Reception area.
- Answering the Telephone to Customers.
- Cashing up at the end of shift.
- Taking Owner payments in person or over the phone, and recording daily.
- knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher is preferred but not essential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Making sure the reception area is kept tidy at all times.
Training will be provided on our Owner database ParcVu.
Job Type: Part-time
