We are looking for a care team leader to join our team at Claydon Lodge.
You will need to be passionate about providing outstanding care for our residents and flexible to work shifts. Shift patterns: 8pm - 8am.
In order to be successful in the role of a Care Team Leader it will require you to:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all residents, staff and visitors to the home.
- Taking part in activities that are occurring throughout the home as and when required.
- Having compassion towards the residents and ensuring their needs are met at all times.
- When required assist residents to external appointments.
- Assist with personal care and occasionally assisting with meal times.
- Continually work as part of a team
- Providing care and support to all our service users with activities of daily living.
- Contribute to care plan reviews.
The calibre of Team Leader we are looking for will have the following attributes:
- Have a kind and caring nature putting the needs of residents at the front of your mind
- The willingness and ability to go above and beyond for the home and residents
- Have a positive attitude and should be reliable and punctual.
- 2 years experience in care
- Preferably NVQ 3, at least NVQ 2.
