Duties

- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry, or sauté stations, ensuring smooth operation during service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of supply needs.
- Support training of junior kitchen staff, sharing culinary techniques and best practices.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of your designated work station at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles related to food service.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
