Taylor Woodrow is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our South West Civils team, supporting the successful delivery and growth of our highways and civil engineering portfolio across the Bristol and Gloucester regions.
This is a key leadership role focused on both winning and delivering projects through established framework agreements and competitive tenders. Working closely with our pre-construction, planning and operational teams, you will play a critical role in shaping project delivery strategies, securing new work, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The role will oversee multiple projects valued between £1 million and £15 million, managing delivery teams and ensuring successful outcomes for clients including local authorities and framework partners.
