As an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping people move home while delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the continued success of the branch.
Your role will include:
- Generating and booking property valuations
- Conducting property viewings and building relationships with buyers
- Negotiating offers and helping progress sales through to completion
- Supporting branch growth by identifying new business opportunities
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Maximising opportunities to book appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:
To be successful as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Ideally have previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Be ambitious, resilient and motivated by achieving results
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be IT literate and comfortable using technology
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
