About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our children's residential homes.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference - leading a dedicated team, maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive.
You'll Bring:
- Previous experience as an Children's Home Manager within a children's residential home.
- A strong understanding of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Passion, resilience, and a child-centred approach to care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards it).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and inspiring a committed care team.
- Delivering high-quality, therapeutic care and support.
- Maintaining full regulatory compliance and preparing for Ofsted inspections.
- Building positive relationships with young people, families, professionals, and local authorities.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and excellence.
- Supporting children to achieve the best possible outcomes and reach their full potential.

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
