Full time Assistant Manager required for a busy gastro pub. The Chequers Inn is run by Timothy Neal, a Masterchef of Great Britain and recognised by Michelin. As Assistant Manager you will be required to support the Manager in their daily duties including but not limited to:- Bar duties, barista duties, customer orders, meeting and greeting, setting up for the next shift or following day, maintaining the cellar and stock, covering the Manager and running the shift when needed, providing excellent customer service to our varied customer base.
