The Shift Runner role is for Baristas who love what they do and are ready to take on more. When your Store Leader is out, you’ll take responsibility for the store - driving standards, keeping service on track, and making sure we deliver Damn Fine Coffee every time. You’ll run shifts with confidence, lead the team through peaks, and create the warm, welcoming experience 92 Degrees Coffee is known for.
What You’ll Do
● Serve Damn Fine Coffee - every time
● Keep the vibe warm, welcoming & friendly
● Share your coffee knowledge with confidence
● Handle transactions like a pro
● Support your teammates & set the store up for success
● Set the tone for how the team works together & show up for customers
● Keep service flowing during peak times, bringing energy & pace
● Keep stock fresh, rotated & merch looking sharp
● Complete checks, oversee cleaning rotas, rotate stock & process deliveries
● Problem-solve on the spot & make sure “great” happens
● Own the shift - from open to close
● Lead the store on your Store Leader’s days off or during absence
● Support your Store Leader in hitting daily targets & driving performance
