Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components to create high-quality products and structures. Your expertise in various welding techniques and fabrication processes will be essential in delivering precise, durable, and innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Perform TIG/Mig welding, welding, and other welding techniques to join metal parts accurately and efficiently
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly
- Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to meet project requirements
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards of safety and craftsmanship
- Assist in the assembly of fabricated components into finished products or structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Mainly MIG welding
Requirements
- Proven experience with TIG welding, welding, and general fabrication processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal working techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety standards related to welding, fabrication, and use of power tools
- Prior experience with assembly processes is preferred but not required
