What does this role involve?
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead a critical product value stream, owning its vision, strategy, and performance to deliver measurable, organisation-wide impact.
You’ll define a clear long-term product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps and investment priorities. You’ll balance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution, ensuring products are scalable, commercially impactful, and aligned to business goals.
You’ll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, working closely with engineering leadership and senior stakeholders to shape solutions, drive decisions, and deliver outcomes at pace. As the accountable leader for your value stream, you’ll ensure work is prioritised effectively, progress is transparent, and value is continuously delivered.
A key part of the role is building capability, mentoring Product Managers and Product Owners, embedding product-led ways of working, and driving a culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a strategic, influential product leader with a strong track record of delivering business impact through product-led approaches.
You’ll bring significant experience leading complex product domains or value streams, with the ability to operate confidently at a senior level, shaping strategy while staying close enough to execution to ensure delivery.
You’re an exceptional communicator who can influence at executive level, align diverse stakeholders, and clearly articulate priorities, trade-offs, and direction.
You have deep product expertise, strong commercial awareness, and are comfortable using data and insight to drive decisions in complex environments.
You’re equally strong leading people, developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Most importantly, you’re passionate about building impactful products, partnering closely with engineering, and driving outcomes that make a real difference for customers and the business.
