"The Yeti Cafe" within Dundonald Ice Bowl
Core skills and qualifications:
- Have the ability to develop a menu
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Follow company health and safety work procedures.
- Must maintain a high standard of food and personal hygiene, at all times.
- Previous supervisory management experience of a kitchen team
- Either have or demonstrate the ability to achieve:
- Level 3 hygiene, Allergens, HACCP
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 years kitchen experience,
- Experience of working independently and as part of a team
- Basic food and hygiene certificate

Part time 25 - 30 hours per week plus more during peak times
Must be fully flexible and available for weekends/evening work.
Job duties include servicing a busy cafe, bowling lanes, childrens parties. Catering for large events and functions.
