Barista Job Opportunity – Tolpuddle Festival (Sunday 19th July)
We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic baristas to join our team for one day at Tolpuddle Festival next Sunday.
You’ll be working from our large converted Luton coffee van — a 7-metre setup with two full coffee stations — alongside our experienced core barista team. This will be a busy festival service, so previous experience working in a high-volume environment would be ideal.
The role will involve:
- Preparing speciality coffee using top-of-the-range equipment
- Making espresso-based drinks, iced coffees and other iced refreshments
- Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced team
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging positively with festival guests
- Helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day
This is a lively festival environment, so we’re looking for people who enjoy working hard, staying calm under pressure, and bringing good energy to the team. We’ll have great music playing, a brilliant atmosphere, and we want people who enjoy connecting with customers and being part of the experience.

- Date: Sunday 19th July only
- Location: Tolpuddle Festival, Dorset
- Shift: Ready to work from 9:00am until approximately 6:00pm (festival finish)
- Free parking available on site — we’ll need your vehicle registration number in advance to arrange your parking pass
What to wear:
Please wear comfortable black clothing where possible (plain black shorts and a black top would be perfect if it’s warm). If you don’t have black clothing, just wear something dark that you don’t mind getting coffee on.
Most importantly — bring your smile, good energy and willingness to get stuck in. It’s going to be a busy but really fun day!
Pay: £15.00 per hour
