Our client, Deviv Hair and Beauty, is a busy and well-established salon with a loyal and growing client base. Due to increased demand, they are looking for a talented and Self-Employed Hair Stylist to join their friendly, professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled stylist seeking the flexibility of self-employment while benefiting from a vibrant, modern salon environment with strong footfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ladies’ cutting, styling, and finishing services.
- Perform advanced colouring services, including balayage, highlights, root retouches, and full head colour.
- Provide professional consultations and personalised aftercare advice.
- Carry out hair treatments and conditioning services.
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and client experience.
- Uphold a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment.
Requirements
Essential - Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent).
- Confident working with cutting, colouring, and styling (Caucasian hair focus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated approach.
- Passion for delivering outstanding client results.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- An existing client base.
- Experience with modern colouring techniques.
- Active social media presence showcasing your work.
