Our Commercial Litigation team in London is known for handling complex, high-stakes and technically demanding commercial litigation, often with an international dimension. We advise on a broad spectrum of disputes, including contractual issues, fraud and conspiracy, corporate mismanagement, shareholder claims, contested share purchase agreements, technology and intellectual property disputes, partnership disputes, insolvency, professional negligence, financial services disputes, crypto asset recovery and reputation management. We are also experts in obtaining time-critical remedies to trace, preserve and recover assets including search orders, freezing injunctions, and requests for information and disclosure orders. We also advise on emerging risks including ESG-related claims, climate change litigation, allegations of greenwashing, cybercrime, AI and data theft.
Our clients include corporates from a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, transport, telecoms, and health, as well as governmental bodies and high-net-worth individuals.
We work closely with other practice areas within the firm to draw on their knowledge and expertise, as required. Further, our network of global lawyers means we can quickly assemble international teams in multiple jurisdictions and provide seamless and coordinated management of cross-border litigation.
