Job description-
We are seeking for a multi skilled operative with a minimum 5 years or more experience in Building extensions, The successful candidate will be able to complete the Full installation of many types of building extensions and othe rbuilding adaptations , they should be able to work within a team and on their own, work safely in line with the company health and safety policy, and provide excellent customer service and standards of work.
As a Builder, your role involves many types of adaptations of structural opeings, Building walls and laying idian, stone and other paving materials, Here are some key tasks you’ll handle:
- Measuring and Assembling: You’ll measure work areas, setting out foundations and other aspects of works related to many tasks of building structures from detailed plans. This includes working around hidden obstacles that may need altering.
- Removal and Disposal: You’ll remove old bathroom, kitchens walls doors etc, ensuring proper disposal, via provided skips.
- Essential Bricklaying, flagging: Able to read archtiectural drawings.
- Carpentry: This includes cutting out floor boards and preparing ply lined floors, replacing skirting boards and Architraves, building vanity units.
- Finishing Touches: You’ll complete the installation, using a range of hand and power tools.
- Teamwork and Safety: You may work within a team or independently, always adhering to health and safety policies.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of work are essential.

Job Type-

Pay- £14.50- £16.00per hour
Expected hour : 40 per week.
Must have qualifications -
- Minimum level 2 NVQ Building/Bricklaying
- Valid cscs card.
- Full uk driving license.
