The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Barista/Server to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position (30–40 hours/week), and you'll be working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment where quality and hospitality come first.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffees and drinks to Brookwood standards
- Provide friendly and efficient table service with a smile
- Support with light food prep, plating, and general café duties
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, including families and dogs
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar barista or café role preferred
- Confident using espresso machines and creating milk-based drinks
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- A team player who takes initiative and works well under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Available to work weekdays and weekends as part of a rota
