We’re looking for confident, energetic and friendly Bar Staff to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What you’ll be doing
As a member of our bar team, you’ll be at the heart of the action. Your role will include:
- Serving a wide range of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks
- Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately
- Providing friendly, efficient and professional service
- Keeping your bar area clean, organised and fully stocked
- Working quickly and confidently during busy periods
- Working closely with the wider event team to create a great guest experience
- Helping to set up and close down bars before and after events
- Representing Camp & Furnace with a positive and professional attitude
What we’re looking for
Experience behind a bar is preferred, but attitude is just as important.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Calm under pressure and able to keep standards high when it’s busy
- Smart, presentable and professional
- Confident handling cash and card payments
- Passionate about hospitality and creating great customer experiences
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, nightclub, events venue or high-volume hospitality environment is an advantage.
