Overview
We are seeking diligent and reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Kidderminster . This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial premises. The ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail, a professional attitude, and experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments. All positions are paid, and training will be provided where necessary.

Church Street Surgery, Monday-Friday, 6am-8am
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial sites
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to ensure a hygienic environment
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Reliable with a professional approach to work standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning activities is advantageous
