As part of our team, you will:
- Operate deep fat fryers safely and to company standards
- Cook fish and chips consistently to specification
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Monitor cooking times, oil quality and product presentation
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
About You
- Previous experience in a Fryer role using deep fat fryers
- Passionate about producing high-quality food
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A reliable team player with strong attention to detail
