About the Role
In this role, you will:

Provide practical and emotional support to victims of sexual violence, including young people aged 13+ and parents of younger children.

Support clients through the criminal justice process, including court preparation and liaison with police and CPS.

Complete holistic needs assessments and develop personalised cope and recovery plans.

Ensure clients are informed of their rights and case progress in line with the Victims Code of Practice, and deliver support around Criminal Injuries Compensation and special measures.

Make referrals to specialist services such as counselling, sexual health clinics, and legal support.

Participate in the IDAS helpline and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately.

Act as an internal advisor on sexual violence and deliver training to staff and external agencies.
