Child Care Worker
Location: Freshfield, Formby, Merseyside
Salary: £27,734.56 - £29,547.08 per annum (based on progression)
The Willows is looking for a compassionate and motivated Child Care Worker to join our residential team supporting Children and Young People with emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties. Our family‑sized homes offer a warm, nurturing environment shaped by a strong therapeutic ethos and positive values.
Experience & Skills of a Childcare Worker:
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or willingness to complete).
Experience supporting children or young people with challenging behaviours (desirable).
Ability to set boundaries and support emotional and behavioural needs.
A caring, positive and attentive approach.
Hours: 39 hours per week on a 24/7 rota, including early, late, and night shifts.
