What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Supporting residents to participate in meaningful activities and maintain their independence wherever possible.
- Recording and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing.
- Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care.
- Promoting dignity, respect, privacy, and choice at all times.

- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
