We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team for AD HOC work in and around the surrey area. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the medical team
- Provide compassionate patient care in line with established protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Skills
- Complex care experience
- Proficient in medication administration
- Strong patient care skills
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy
