Bakery & Production Crew

Strawberry Fields Farm Shop is growing, and we are looking for practical, reliable people to join our bakery and food production team.
This is not a job where you stand around wondering what to do next.
You could be baking, assembling products, preparing ingredients, finishing pastries, packing orders or making sure everything is ready for our shops. The work is active, the pace is quick, and every shift produces something real.
Some experience in baking, food production, kitchens, packing or warehouse work would be useful. However, we are just as interested in people with the right attitude: reliable, switched on and willing to learn.
You do not need to be the next star of The Great British Bake Off — but you must be comfortable working at pace, taking responsibility and producing work you are proud of.
You do not need to arrive knowing how to make every product we sell.
You do need to turn up on time, work accurately and care about what leaves the building.
Choose the shift that works for you
Night shift: 00:00–09:00
Perfect for night owls, early finishers and people who enjoy working while the rest of the world is asleep.
Late shift: 15:00–00:00
Ideal for anyone who prefers a later start and does not want to spend their morning stuck at work.
Both roles are full-time, working five days per week. We operate seven days a week, so at least one weekend day will be required.
You’ll fit in well if you:
· Enjoy practical, hands-on work
· Can work quickly without creating chaos
· Take pride in quality and presentation
· Are happy working as part of a busy team
· Are dependable — especially when alarms go off at unusual times
· Have a positive, get-it-done attitude
