What's the Job?
You'll be part of a small but experienced growing team, helping deliver high-quality crops across a large-scale glasshouse operation.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Monitoring crop health and quality
- Managing pest and disease programmes
- Working with biological controls and modern growing techniques
- Supporting peat-free production systems
- Assisting with irrigation and environmental management
- Helping optimise crop performance and plant quality
- Working closely with production and wider nursery teams
This is a hands-on growing role where you'll be encouraged to contribute ideas and continuously improve the crop.
What do I need?
- A background in commercial horticulture production
- Strong technical growing knowledge
- Experience with pest & disease management and biological controls
- Understanding of modern commercial production systems
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- PA1 and PA6
