Travel Requirements
Please note that our shift patterns fall outside of standard public transport operating hours. Due to our location and the start and finish times of these roles, applicants will be required to have access to their own reliable vehicle to travel to and from our site in Bordon.
Rotary Moulder Operative
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Working on our production line, you will help ensure products are formed consistently and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed dough into machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure an even distribution of dough to maximise product yield.
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout production.
- Load trays into the production line and stack completed trays onto racks.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain correct belt alignment.
- Communicate any production issues to colleagues and supervisors.
- Assist with product changeovers and line adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Clean machinery and work areas at the end of production runs.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow procedures.
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures is desirable but not essential.
- Basic mechanical aptitude would be advantageous.
- Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, bakery or pet food industry experience is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
Please note that these roles involve standing for extended periods, manual handling, and working within a busy bakery environment.
