Cleaner Safer Group is a not-for-profit organisation at the heart of the UK’s cleaner, safer solid fuel and building performance sectors. Through our brands, you’ll help support installers, retailers, manufacturers and consumers, raising standards, improving safety and contributing to the transition to cleaner energy.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to join our supportive and close-knit team on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in supporting the administration of the HETAS and Woodsure registration schemes, helping to deliver an excellent service to businesses within the heating and wood fuel industries. No two days are quite the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Working as part of a strong and supportive team, you will collaborate with colleagues who share their expertise, support one another, and work together to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to a wide range of business activities, and play an important part in supporting nationally recognised schemes.
About the role
As our Office Administrator, you will be:
- Processing Public Liability Insurance (PLI) documentation and declarations
- Supporting APC administration
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including Royal Mail activities
- Issuing business certificates and identification cards
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries
- Setting up and supporting online shop accounts and resolving queries
- Processing paper Certificates of Compliance (CoC) submitted by registered businesses
- Administering Technical Hub accounts and supporting user enquiries
- Chasing outstanding actions relating to renewals, suspensions and other administrative activities
- Providing wider administrative support across the business where required
