We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Master Technician to join our team at Formula One Autocentres in Evesham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in their work, has strong diagnostic abilities and can confidently carry out a wide range of mechanical repairs.
The Role
As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to a high standard
- Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic work
- Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out clutches, brakes, suspension and other major repairs
- Completing work efficiently and within reasonable timeframes
- Supporting and assisting other technicians within the workshop
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service
- Using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technical information where required
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has strong experience as an automotive technician
✅ Is confident carrying out complex mechanical repairs
✅ Has excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
✅ Can work independently and as part of a team
✅ Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
✅ Has good attention to detail
✅ Can work efficiently and meet reasonable timeframes
✅ Holds relevant automotive qualifications
✅ Has a full UK driving licence
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Automotive diagnostics: 3 years (preferred)
- Automotive repair: 3 years (required)
- Automotive service: 3 years (preferred)
- Problem-solving: 2 years (required)
