We are looking for a Customer Care & Lead Generation Advisor to join our growing team in July 2026. The role is on-site working from our Alloa office and follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with an early finish every Friday! You'll be at the heart of our customer journey—delivering exceptional service, building real connections, and uncovering opportunities for our sales team to go even further.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing customers for post-sale courtesy checks, ensuring they received "Bon Accord" gold-standard service.
- Lead Generation: Use your rapport-building skills to identify upsell opportunities and "hot-transfer" clients to our expert Protection Consultants.
- Policy Reviews: Contact existing policyholders to schedule and confirm reviews, ensuring their cover remains fit for purpose.
- Campaign Management: Call fresh leads generated through competitions and marketing events to qualify their interest and generate protection quotes.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise records and manage your time effectively to meet daily outbound call and lead-conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service or sales role is preferred (not essential; full training provided). You must be comfortable with outbound dialing.
- The "Spark": A positive, resilient, and proactive attitude. You don't just "take" calls; you lead them.
- Communication: The ability to build instant trust and rapport with people from all walks of life.
- Drive: Someone who thrives in a targeted, fast-paced environment and takes pride in hitting (and exceeding) goals.
- Discipline: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently, whether in the office or at home.
- Bonus: Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is a plus, but your attitude and work ethic are what matter most.
