ASAP START
An Experienced Lead Installer Groundworker to join us and run a team or come with existing gang/team if already in place.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading in various domestic projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. We install domestic, Driveways, Paths, Patios, and hardscaping landscaping from start of the excavation to laying the surface.
Must have experience and be able to install ideally 4or 5 of the following surfaces:
- 1/ Block paving
- 2/ Concrete Paving Slabs
- 3/ Indian Stone
- 4/ Artificial Grass
- 5/ Resin Bound Preparation
- 6/ Porcelain Tiles
- 7/ Sleepers-Fencing
The areas of work are all in Cheshire from Sandbach, Northwich, Knutsford and Winsford to Congleton plus all villages in between.
Duties Include
- Prepare protect and maintain sites, ensuring they are clean and organised at all times, you will be working on customers homes and therefore consideration applied.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to the agreed works.
- Previous experience in groundworks or and construction in driveways paths patios and sleeper work is essential.
- Ability to operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- IMPORTANT PART
- You will need to have transport able to transport the Mixer, Wacker, Stihl saw and tools form job to job.

Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
