We are seeking a passionate individual with proven experience in supporting young people into employment. Our students want to find paid work but need help to find and achieve this - that’s where you come in!
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with learners to understand their aspirations, build their confidence, and equip them with skills needed to find employment. Through one-to-one coaching, group workshops, and drop-in sessions, you will provide expert guidance on CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, and workplace expectations
A natural communicator, you will also be skilled at finding and developing relationships with employers so that they are keen to support jobs fairs and events on campus and ensuring the College becomes first choice for filling vacancies.
You will be joining a passionate and forward-thinking Student Development Team, supporting our learners by giving them expert advice, guidance and experiences to equip them for their next steps.
