About the Role
You'll be visiting clients in their own homes across Stevenage, Hitchin and Letchworth, helping them live independently and comfortably. Because you'll see the same clients regularly, you'll get to know their stories and build real, trusted relationships — providing the kind of consistent care you'd want for your own loved ones.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Visiting clients in their own homes
- Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with meals and medication prompts
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Recording visit notes on our care app
- Reporting any concerns to the office team

- Part-time 7am-2pm and 4pm–10pm, on a 2-week rolling rota (Week 1: Wed, Thu, Fri | Week 2: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun)
